Nothing has been published yet. The event's virtual run page reads “Details Coming Soon”, its virtual registration-date page does not exist, and unlike the other three sites it carries no Procam Virtual Slam page at all. The cut-off is the only figure above taken from Procam; the rest are expectations carried over from the other three events.

What a full cycle costs

Four entries at ₹599 come to about ₹2,396, or roughly USD 200 at the overseas rate. There is no additional Virtual Slam fee, and no refunds once an entry is paid for.

After each race

What arrives, and when

Per event

Each of the four entries is a complete event in its own right, so each one sends its own gratification: a physical commemorative bib, a physical medal, an e-certificate, an e-medal and HDOR app access with leaderboards.

The physical medal is conditional. Procam states it goes “only to virtual participants who have completed their virtual run using the HDOR App” — the bib and the digital items go to everyone who entered.

Timelines are set per event, not per cycle, and they differ — Delhi's physical gratification lands a month before Kolkata's, and each event publishes its own date for the digital items.

Mumbai also states that virtual performances are verified by 21 February 2027. Delhi refunds rejected applications on or before 30 November 2026.

Checked against all four official event sites on 12 September 2026. Not authenticated. Two discrepancies on Procam's own pages are worth knowing about: Mumbai's virtual run FAQs say registration opened 23 July 2026 while its Registration Dates page says 31 July 2026 — the later date is used here because it matches Mumbai's own on-ground opening, and 23 July is Delhi's. Delhi's Information page gives its closing date as 9 October 2027 for a race held in October 2026; every date on Delhi's Entry Rules page falls in 2026, so it is read as 2026 here. Confirm all dates, fees and windows on the official event sites before entering.
