Eligibility

Who can attempt a Slam

Eligibility is about who you are and what you complete. Qualification is about the times you have to prove to get an entry in the first place.

01

Be 18 or over

You must be 18+ on race day. Each event sets its own cut-off birth date — Kolkata 2026 requires a birth date on or before 19 Dec 2008, Mumbai 2027 on or before 16 Jan 2009.

02

Finish all four feature races

Open 10K in Bengaluru, Half Marathon in Delhi, 25K in Kolkata, Marathon in Mumbai. Dream Run, Majja Run, Great Delhi Run, Ananda Run and Senior Citizens' categories do not count.

03

Run them consecutively

No gaps. Miss one edition and the cycle breaks — you start again from your next race. You may begin at any of the four events.

04

Finish inside every cut-off

A finish outside the official cut-off does not earn Slam credit, even though you completed the distance. See cut-off times.

05

Keep one identity across all four

Same name, same date of birth, same sign-in details on every entry. Mismatches are the usual reason a completed cycle goes unrecognised.

06

On-ground races only

Virtual editions do not count towards a Slam. Credit is for the on-ground feature race, timed on the day.

One residency condition

Anyone can run all four races. But Procam Slam rewards and services are stated to be for runners residing in India — overseas runners can complete the four races without qualifying for the Slam rewards.
