How to register

  1. Watch for the opening announcement — the 2026 edition opened on 13 February and closed on 20 March.
  2. Sign in at registrations.procam.in with your usual Procam account.
  3. Choose the Open 10K. The Majja Run, Senior Citizens' Run and Champions with Disability categories do not count towards a Slam.
  4. Add a timing certificate if you have one — it places you in a faster start wave.
  5. Collect your bib personally at the Get Active Expo. Third-party collection is not permitted.

Entry criteria

The Open 10K is an open-entry category — on the 2026 edition no qualifying time was needed to apply.

A timing certificate is optional and used to confirm your start wave on race day. Runners are classified into age categories after confirmation, for awards.

Easiest to enter, hardest pace

  • No qualifying time to clear at entry.
  • But the tightest Slam pace of the four — 1:25 for 10 km is about 8:30 /km.
  • Places still sell out, so enter on opening day.

Don't treat this as the easy one

The 10K is the shortest race in the Slam and the only one you can enter without proving a time — but its cut-off demands about 8:30 per kilometre, the fastest required pace of all four. See cut-off times.
